Documents you upload to EPUBMagic remain your documents. Uploading a file gives EPUBMagic only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and sync that document for your private reading experience.

You must have the right to use each document
You must have the legal right to upload, store, convert, read, annotate, and use every document you add to EPUBMagic.
Platform responsibility
EPUBMagic is not responsible for confirming whether a user has the rights, licenses, permissions, or authority required for an uploaded document. Users are responsible for their own files and activity.
Private by default
Documents on EPUBMagic are not shared publicly. Uploaded files, extracted reading content, notes, highlights, reading progress, and preferences are intended to remain connected to the user account that uploaded or created them.
Abuse and copyright reports
Report misuse or rights concerns
If you believe EPUBMagic is being misused, or if you have a copyright concern related to material on the platform, email abuse@epubmagic.com. Please include enough detail for us to review the report, such as your contact information, the document or account involved if known, the rights concern, and any supporting evidence.
